Reservations
Reservations can be made online using the availability calendars on Expedia.com, AirBnB Nostalgic Suite, AirBnB Western Suite, or Booking.com. If you would like to rent both rooms, they still have to be purchased separately. You can also reserve rooms by directly calling or emailing Brew House Boarding at [email protected]. Contact information is also listed on the sidebar.
If you choose to call reservations at (509) 968-3388 and no one answers, please leave a message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible; the voicemail box is closely monitored.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of the reservation. If you require add-ons such as the twin bed or you are bringing a pet, please let your host know in advance so that you can be billed. Please review the Pet Policy below.
You will receive information on check-in directly after booking your room, no matter how you choose to book. Please keep the information for reference. It will be everything you need to know to let yourself in. As a “hands-off” style vacation rental, you won’t need to make an appointment to enter your room. It is rare to meet your host, but she is always just a text or phone call away if there are any questions or concerns.
Payment Method
If you book directly through email or by calling Brew House Boarding, you will be required to give your credit card information over the phone. If you are not comfortable with this, you can request to be invoiced using PayPal.
We also accept checks by mail. Brew House Boarding PO Box 955 Kittitas, WA 98934. (Please contact reservations before sending a check.) Your reservations cannot be confirmed until whatever payment method you choose clears the bank and is authorized. Reservation dates cannot be held without payment confirmation.
Refund Policy
100% refund if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the reserved check-in time. This may be stated differently on the online booking sites. They have their own policy settings.
Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM and check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Late check-in is no problem; a key code is used to enter the suite. You will receive the key code at the time your reservations are confirmed.
Host Contact, Cleaning, and Linens
Your room will have plenty of towels for your length of stay, but please call if you have any concerns. This is a hands-off style vacation rental, so you will rarely see your host. There is a handbook provided in the room with helpful tips about the suites and the surrounding area. Wi-Fi network password is also noted on the front cover of the handbook.
Extended stay guests of five days or more can expect bed linens to be changed on the 5th day of your stay. The host will contact you to schedule a time that is best. You can opt out if you prefer to be left alone.
Amenities
Both suites offer a full-size coffee pot, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, refrigerator, microwave, coffee cups, wine glasses, corkscrew, and bottle opener.
Guests who plan on cooking should rent the Nostalgic Suite with its full kitchen, including basic spices and oil. Western Suite guests are provided with a mini-fridge and microwave for light snacking. Shampoo, soap, conditioner, and lotion are also provided. A hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also standard in both suites.
Missing Items
“Food stuff” and “soap stuff” are happily provided by your host. Please refrain from taking any items from the rooms. Although the items in the Suites are not terribly valuable, many have sentimental value. We have chosen to allow others to enjoy them with us, instead of storing them in a box. Paper cups and lids are provided so you can take your coffee or tea with you.
